Proudly delivered by Australia Post eParcel

All our deliveries are made exclusively by registered Australia Post eParcel. We deliver to any location in Australia serviced by Australia Post package delivery, sent from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.

Delivery instructions

We recommend that you have your orders delivered to a place of business where possible. In the delivery address details on the payment page there are fields to select between "Private residence", or "Business" and enter instructions for the courier such as "Please leave with front desk reception":

It is the policy of Australia Post not to leave packages unattended. Packages must be signed for in the name of the person who placed the order. In the event of there being no-one present to sign for the package, a note will be left which can be taken to the local post office where you can then sign for and collect your package in person. You will be asked to provide identification such as a driver's license.

Please don't select "Private residence" and instruct the courier to leave your order somewhere if you are not home to sign for it.

Your location within your state does not effect the delivery cost, despite Australia Post charging varying rates per suburb to us. We bear the cost to offer the simplest and most cost effective experience to you.

Single bottle samples

We will deliver single bottle samples anywhere in Australia free of charge. Currently there is no limit to the number of samples that can be purchased in a single order. We reserve the right to pack and deliver them in the safest and most cost effective means, be that as a single package containing a single bottle, or a carton containing several wines that is either filled by 12 bottles or partially filled with the remainder of the space containing packing material.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 10 business days.
