Our commitment to quality

We offer this refund policy to you as part of our commitment to giving you the best quality of products and service.

Goods damaged in transit

All our goods are delivery by registered Australia Post eParcel, and as such will be delivered in perfect condition under normal circumstances. In the unlikely event that any item in your order is damaged in transit, they will be replaced completely free of charge as part of our personal insurance to you.

This applies to both single bottle samples, and full carton orders.

Single bottle samples

Our single bottle samples are offered to you so you can try our products before committing to an order of a full carton or more with the understanding that not everything in our catalogue will suit your individual tastes. They are delivered free of charge to you, but at a cost to us. As such, they are non-refundable should they fail to satisfy in anyway.

This does not apply to single bottle samples that are damaged in transit, they will be replaced free of charge as mentioned above.

Cartons of unsatisfactory quality

Wines and other liquor can be susceptible to a wide range of circumstances that may effect their overall quality and taste during shipping, storage, and delivery that are often beyond our control. Should any order of a full carton fail to satisfy we will either replace it, substitute it for another item from our catalogue of similar value, or give you a complete refund of the full value of the product, including delivery.

Incorrect orders

In the unlikely event that our warehouse staff dispatch an incorrect order, we will give you the option of either replacing it with the correct items or refunding it in full.
